The commission protocol

How a build happens

One car at a time, eleven months on average, a build log you can read every week. This page is the whole process — including the money part, because that should be written down too.

Step by step

Four stages. No surprises.

01

The donor

We source the car, or inspect yours. Compression, corrosion mapping, chassis measurement — before any money changes hands.

02

Definition

Engine character, ride height, seats, the radio question. Every decision recorded in a specification both sides sign.

03

The build

Eleven months on average. A private build log updates you weekly — photographs, dyno pulls, invoices. No surprises.

04

Delivery

500 shakedown kilometres on our roads, then a handover day at the workshop. The full build sheet comes with the keys.

The engagement

The money part, in writing

Builds start from £180,000 excluding the donor car. Invoicing is staged monthly against the build log, so you always know what was done, and what it cost, before you pay for it.
